When students first enter the College, they are held to the requirements and policies outlined in the catalog that was in effect at the time. (Example: students who began at WAC in Fall 2022 or Spring 2023 are associated with the 2022-2023 College Catalog).

Students may request to change their associated catalog to a more recent one. For students simply amending their catalog year, this is the only form that is required.

To declare a major or minor that was added to the curriculum after the student began, the student's "catalog year" needs to be updated to the term that this program began. For these instances, this form must be submitted in conjunction with the Major/Minor declaration form in order to ensure that the student is aware of how these program changes may affect the requirements and standards that they will be held to.
